Your handheld camera may still be set to run in demo mode. When the camera is in demo mode it will tend to shut off, or go to sleep after a certain amount of time. To prevent this from happening you can take the camera out of demo mode by following these steps:

• Go into the home menu by clicking the small house icon in the top left of your touchscreen
• Click on the left most option called ‘Other Settings’ and click on the middle tab that comes up on the next screen
• Scroll to the bottom of that tab and you should see an option called ‘Demo Mode’. Select this option and turn it off
